
Location: Greenwich, CT
People-friendly person with good interpersonal skills and sales presence needed to meet and greet potential new clients/office users and visitors as well as manage the expectations of existing clients. Person needs to have close attention to detail, good proof-reading skills, and sensitivity to the risks and rewards of e-mail and other forms of electronic communication.
Responsibilties include: new client office setup, scheduling and performance of other support staff and service providers, orderliness and cleanliness of common spaces, kitchens, conference rooms, etc, back-up for the receptionist. As well as word processing skills, minimum bookkeeping skills and spreadsheet skills.
Work Schedule: 8:30-5:30 Monday through Friday; no weekends or evenings. Owner is flexible.
Compensation: mid $40’s plus benefits
