Location:  Greenwich, CT.

Description:  Experienced compensation analyst to help with salary structure deveopment, job evaluation and job matching.

Requirements:  Independent thinker with excellent skills in excel including v/lookups and pivot tables.  Must be able to interpret data.

Work Schedule:  Ideally full-time schedule through March 2012

Compensation:  $45-$50/hour
